July’s Recipe of the Month
These Zucchini Brownies are incredibly fudgy, grain free, gluten free, and easy to make in one bowl. Get all of my tips & tricks in the blog post itself, but check out a few easy ways you can make them your own:
- Swap the tahini: instead of tahini, feel free to use almond butter, sunflower seed butter or cashew butter. I would not recommend peanut butter because it throws off the flavor. Tahini is best though and I have only tested the recipe using tahini.
- Go nut free: to keep the brownies nut free, try using oat flour in place of the coconut flour and melted butter or vegan butter in place of the coconut oil.
- Make them vegan: these brownies should work with 1 flax egg in place of the regular egg! Then be sure to use vegan chocolate chips in the drizzle.
Here’s how the Recipe of the Month works

This recipe came out amazing
I did have to make gluten free using rice noodles.
#AKDinnerParty
I’m so glad you loved it YAY! Rice noodles are perfect in here 🙂
I loved the balance of sweet and spicy in this recipe! The spiciness made my tongue tingle with delight. I’ll be making this recipe on repeat at my home 😀
#AKDinnerparty
Saw your post in the FB group 🙂 Thank you, Vandna! So glad you loved this one ❤️
This recipe was such a hit with even my husband and the kids. All the flavors went so well together. Definitely on the list with many other AK recipes to make again. Now I’m off to make the best healthy blueberry muffins that my toddler loves. Healthy and delicious are my favorite! #AKDinnerParty
My husband and I loved this recipe!! He loves any Asian inspired noodle dish so this was a hit! The honey roasted peanuts on top added great flavor! The spice level was perfect. All around a great dish! #AKDinnerParty
I’m so happy you both loved this one — YAY! Thanks for coming to the party 🙂
Made this today and it was AWESOME! Perfectly spicy and was really easy. Love the flavors. 100 stars out of 10! Fun to watch the IG live also, dinner party vibes!
YAY thank you so much, Denise! I saw your post on IG, too 🙂 Happy you joined the live!
This was a hit! I was skeptical about the two cups of water to make the sauce but it cooked down nicely and made a tasty sauce. My husband loved it and wants it in the regular rotation. #AKdinnerparty
Yay! I’m so glad you both loved it!! Thanks for coming to the Dinner Party 🥳
#akdinnerparty
In an effort to combat malnutrition brought on by decades of celiac disease, I always add as many veggies as possible to our meals.
Rice noodles, prawns rather than chicken. Added carrots, red bell, purple cabbage, yellow squash, baby bok choy. I don’t know how I managed to get all the veggies and noodles aldente at the same time. Love all the flavor. Thank you Monique.
Saw your post in the Facebook group, too! Thanks so much for sharing and coming to the party ❤️ So glad you loved this one!!
Made this beauty last night and my husband and I loved it. Subbed coconut aminos for soy sauce and it was delish, sweet and spicy! We will definitely put this on our favorite list! #AKDinnerParty
Love coconut aminos! And I’m so glad you both loved it!
Super yummy! I cannot take credit for actually making it since my husband made it for us. I did read the reviews on how spicy it was so he only put 3/4 of the space and we were adding more after we started eating. So I feel like the original recipe would have the right spice level. Unfortunately our grocery store is out of basil, per usual, so we just left that out. Definitely add honey roasted Cashews! So good!
Woohooo! So happy you loved it! Good to know about the spice level. Thanks for coming to the party 🥳
LOVE ASIAN FOOD………..THANKS
Me too! Hope you can try this recipe, Pauline!
Made the Sweet and Spicy hot chilli noodles for the 2nd time this month!! First time I made it with tofu and I LOVED it! Made it extra spicy and with gluten free chickpea noodles! My husband was gone so the meal was all for me. He got home tried it and loved it. So this weekend I made it again with ground chicken and a little l as spice (for my husband) and used cauliflower noodles. Again we loved it! This meal will be in our regular rotation!
I’m so happy you and your husband are loving this recipe, Lisa! YAY! Thanks for joining the party 🥳
This meal was so good, I made it tonight and it was a hit! I made some changes since my food store was out of so may things. I used pad thai noddles and turkey in place of the chicken. My food store was also out of hot chili paste so I used trader Joe’s Italian bomba hot pepper sauce (only 2 tablespoons) that was used in another AK recipe! I loved it and so did my boyfriend. I cannot wait to try it will all the intended ingredients but these substitutes were great. #AKDinnerParty,
LOVE that bomba sauce — great idea! So glad you tried and loved it, Caroline. Thanks for coming to the party!
Made this last night!!!! So goooood! My hubby is not a big spicy food fan but this had just enough heat to make it delicious without putting him on fire! No fresh basil locally so threw on some parsley for some green prettiness! Can’t wait to see what next month’s AK Dinner Party brings!
Nice, so happy you both enjoyed it!!
5/5 stars for sure! This recipe is fantastic, fast, and so easy to modify for your family. I have celiac so I used my favorite gluten free spaghetti and added cubed eggplant as well as sliced bell pepper and onion to get some veggies in and it turned out superb. Even before the dinner party this dish was a favorite in my house so I loved a reason to make it again and change it up! #AKDinnerParty
YAY thanks so much, Olivia! Love those additions 🙂
Made these noods last night in honor of the #AKDinnerParty and absolutely loved them! I like spice, but don’t have a high spice tolerance, so this recipe got me out of my comfort zone and was the best kind of exercise in mindful eating. I had to take my time eating it b/c it was SPICAY, but savored every bite and couldn’t help but get seconds. My husband loved it as well and said he hadn’t ever had anything like it. but that it was the best and most original thing we’d eaten in a while. Made the recipe exactly as described (used Lotus Foods pad thai rice noodles and Bragg’s aminos to keep it GF) and it came out SO. WELL. Thank you for such a fun, flavorful, and original recipe AK team
I’m SO happy you tried and loved them, Yinka! Thank you! I like it hot haha so totally fine to reduce the amount of chili paste if you’d like 🙂
Loved this recipe! I added some scallions and broccoli for a little more veggies. Can’t wait to try the March recipe! #AKDinnerParty
Love those additions! Thanks so much for coming to the party and can’t wait to see you at the next one 🥳
Looking forward to these recipes.
Thanks, Nance! Can’t wait for you to try it 🙂
Love this recipe! 5 stars!
I served it with sweet potato noodles for us and jasmine rice for the kids.
I’m so happy you loved it, Kristy! Love the idea of sweet potato noodles 🙂
This is a weekly meal in our house! So happy to see it become a dinner party recipe! My kids (age 1 and 3) DEVOUR these meatballs and my husband chooses this meal every chance he gets! 10/10 recommended!! So good.
I’m SO GLAD you all love it, Kristin! Thank you for the sweet review!
Loved making this recipe and the flavors of the meatballs and sauce were outstanding! The flavor of the cilantro makes the flavor taste so delicious!
So happy to hear that, Brittany! I love cilantro, too 😍
“Save this sauce!” Said my husband. This was delicious! Added all the potential toppings and it didn’t taste like ground turkey. Will be keeping this for sure.
Omg right, isn’t it amazing?! Happy you both loved this one, Alexandra!
10/10!!!! SO yummy
Woohooo! Thanks for joining the party!
We loved this recipe! I’ve made it twice in one week already. I always bake my meatballs in the oven, so I took another reviewer’s advice for these meatballs and baked them in the oven (375 for 15 minutes) and the meatballs turned out great. Subbed in coconut sugar for brown sugar and coconut aminos for soy sauce. Served it over quinoa with chopped peanuts on top. I will be making a big batch of these meatballs to freeze to use on future weekday dinners. Thank you for another amazing recipe!
AHh I’m so glad you’re loving them! Glad to hear that it worked well to bake them 🙂 Thanks, Melissa!
Another great dinner. Thank you. We made it GF with aminos and rice krispies (instead of bread crumbs) and added carrots. We served with coconut rice and felt more sauce would have overwhelmed the rice and we would have lost that added flavor. This dish was substantial but not heavy, It was very filling. I also love how this community is rallying around each other over these parties.
#akdinnerparty
I’m so glad you loved it, Karla! And I know, we’re so glad everyone’s coming together to try the recipe 🥰 Thanks for the love!
This was delicious! I used cauliflower rice instead of rice and cooked it in the instant pot instead. First I sautés all sides and then high pressure for 6 minutes! I will be making again.
#AKDinnerParty
Happy the Instant Pot worked well! Thanks for coming to the party 🥳
My fiancé and I loved this recipe! I made it exactly as written, except I substituted tapioca starch. The only suggestion I’d make is to use a fattier ground chicken; I felt like mine was too lean, but that’s my own fault. I’d definitely make this again! #AKDinnerParty
So happy to hear that! And good to know about the ground chicken 🙂
This was soooooo good! My almost 2 year old LOVED the meatballs and mixing the sauce. I swapped ground beef for the chicken and green beans for the broccoli as that’s what I had. It was still great! That sauce was seriously SO good! We will be making this often. Just so flavorful and easy to throw together. #AKDinnerParty
I’m so happy you both loved it! Yay! Can’t wait for you to make it again 🙂
The AK dinner party was a hit in my house!! Thank you 🥰❤️
I’m so glad!! We’re having a lot of fun seeing and hearing about people’s creations 🙂 Hope you can make next month’s recipe, too!
Hi There- I’m planning on making this dish for Meatless Monday today, but don’t really understand how to use the tofu instead of the chicken. Do I just mix the tofu squares with all of the ingredients that go into the meatballs? Thanks
Delicious! Thanks for helping me with the tofu version Abra! It’s delicious.
So happy to help! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Love this, very tasty, will definitely make again. Made it gluten free, added bok choy and served over coconut rice. Only critique, pan frying meatballs took 30+ mins, likely user error? Next time will likely flash fry to get crispy meatballs then bake to cook through. Thank you! #AKDinnerParty
That sounds amazing! And hmmm it hasn’t taken that long for me but baking the meatballs is a great option and a time-saver if you do that while making the sauce + veggies 🙂
This meal was super tasty! My husband also loved it!
Michelle Barnowsky
Thanks, Michelle! I’m so happy you both loved it!
Sesame Chicken Meatball Bowls was a good recipe with great flavor! Five star rating. #AKDinnerParty
@ambitiouskitchen
Thanks, Christina! So happy you tried and loved them 🙂
I loved this recipe! I made it ahead of time and let it sit overnight, the flavors soaked up so well and everything tasted so good. My boyfriend even loved it and was able to take it for lunch the next day. Really love these dinner party recipes to change up my meals each month. #AKDinnerParty,
Aw I’m so glad you both loved it! And to hear that you’re enjoying the dinner party 🙂 Excited for you to try the April recipe!
I am 40 weeks pregnant and wanted a quick an easy meal to make. This one, like most of AK’s recipes, fulfilled that! My friend had said she prepared this on Sunday for her parents and so I was inspired to make it. I used ground turkey and peppers instead of broccoli. My husband and I both had seconds and the next day the sauce was even better- it had thickened up way more than having it fresh! I shared with my mom and she made it for last night’s dinner!

I’ll definitely be joining in on other #AKDinnerParty fun during my maternity leave!
Aw YAY congrats, mama!! So excited for you. I’m so happy you all loved this one — thanks for the kind review 🙂
This recipe was really quick and delicious. I saw a recommendation to cook the meatballs on the oven, so I did that with parchment paper for easy clean up. Otherwise, we made the recipe as written and we agreed that it should go in the regular rotation. This is our first #AKdinnerparty but it won’t be our last!
Thanks, Erica! So thrilled to hear you loved it. Can’t wait for you to try the April recipe, which comes out next week!!
This is my go to meal to make when I have company over. It’s delicious, easy to make and versatile. Keep it as is for vegetarians or add some chicken for more protein. The sauce is chefs kiss.

Made the April AK dinner party recipe and it was amazing! Mods- peas, yellow and green squash, green beans. Served with Barilla chickpea and red pepper rotini (because the mix of red and yellow was pretty) Yum! Thank you for concocting this.
Love love love this recipe. I think I made the sauce to thick and may have had a wonky noodle to sauce ratio since we combined the noodles we had from two left over boxes, HA. Making it work.
Also we added shrimp to the recipe. It was delicious.
4 OUT OF 5 FROM OUR HOUSEHOLD.
#AKDinnerParty
So happy you all enjoyed it!! Maybe double the sauce next time; it’ll go well on so many things if you have any left over 🙂
Loved this recipe! I made it with the Parmesan cheese sauce as suggested. It turned out great!! #AKDinnerParty
Yummmm! I’m so happy you tried and enjoyed it, Emily. Thanks for leaving a review!
Muy buenas y exelentes resetas
Muchas gracias!
I love how most of AK’s recipes make for easy clean up and staples from the pantry and fridge. This was an easy recipe to prepare and make. I didn’t soak the cashews ahead of time so it was nice to have a quick alternative option for preparing these for the sauce. I do wish that my dish had more sauce/was creamier but I think that could have been because of the type of pasta I used ( I didn’t use bow tie). I was also thinking that this dish is a great meal to make if you’ve forgotten to take out a meat to defrost.
I’m so happy you tried and loved it, Natasha! Yay! Good to know about the sauce amount; you could double it next time and use any extra as a sauce for other meals — it goes great on just about anything 😊
I love this recipe so much! It actually was the first recipe I made when my boyfriend and I first moved into our apartment together almost a year ago! I was so happy to make it again and we loved it just as much as the first time we had it. #AKDinnerParty
That’s so fun!! I’m so happy you had the chance to make it again + that you both love it 🙂
I absolutely loved this recipe! As someone who isn’t vegan but is trying to incorporate more plant based meals into my diet, this was perfect! It gets a 10/10 from me. #AKDinnerParty
That’s amazing — thrilled to hear you loved it, Kaylee!! 🙂
I must admit that I was skeptical about using cashews as the main ingredient for a pasta sauce and told my daughter that I was sure I wouldn’t like it.
Well…in addition to eating the primavera, I had to eat my words!
It was absolutely delicious.
Thank you very much for introducing us to a most nutritious yummy recipe.
Looking forward to the next time!
#AKDinnerParty
I’m so happy you ended up loving it, Lori! The cashews totally get transformed in the sauce, don’t they? Happy you tried it, and thanks so much for the review 🙂
I made this tonight and it was delish! Although I made it un-vegan and added some sliced chicken apple sausage and it was SO GOOD. I probably will make a bit more sauce next time cause that shit is next level. #AKDinnerParty
Oooh yummy, I bet chicken sausage would go so well with this recipe! Happy you loved it, Lianne!
So good! I don’t usually eat dairyfree so thought about using a different sauce but holy cow so glad i tried the cashew sauce- it is so creamy and delicious! Definitely 10/10 recommend trying this one
Forgot to #AKdinnerparty which is what inspired me to make this recipe!
Nice!! I’m so glad you loved the sauce! Thanks so much for coming to the party 🥳
Delicious! We used zucchini, bell pepper, and grape tomatoes and it did not disappoint! #AKDinnerParty
YAY! Happy you enjoyed it, Melanie. Thanks for coming to the party 🥳
Omg! The creamy cashew garlic sauce in the vegan pasta primavera dish was absolutely to die for!! It reminded me of a healthy Alfredo sauce without the guilt. This recipe is definitely sticking around on repeat. Thank you ambitious kitchen for another extremely easy and delicious recipe! #AKDinnerparty
Thanks for the review, Vandna! So happy you loved this one! Hope you can try the May recipe that launches tomorrow, too 🙂
This recipe had a strange mouthfeel for me. I think I was missing some fat in the sauce. I roasted the veggies with chicken sasusage and tried adding gluten free pasta. I was anticipating a lot of flavor but mostly tasted garlic. I would have to experiment more to bring up the flavors.
Thanks so much for your feedback, Karla. Was the sauce grainy? It definitely requires a high powered blender to make it silky and perfectly creamy. I also wonder if maybe your garlic cloves were on the larger size? Totally fine to reduce the amount of garlic next time!
#akdinnerparty
I have followed your glorious page since before you had your boys. You are an inspiration and a wonderful mother. Thank you for your relentless work you share. I learn so much from you. Happy Mothers Day! I too am a boy mom! THE BEST!! One of mine lives in River North. I go often, I live in Champaign , Il. Have a great day! Can’t wait to show you what I cook that I learn from YOU!!! Lori
You are so kind, Lori — thank you!! Happy you’re a fan, and that you’ve learned so much from following along 🥰❤️
I made this recipe for a small dinner party for four. It was a total hit!! I doubled the recipe and it was fun and delicious! Everyone enjoyed putting together their bowl and loved the seasoning on the salmon. I made guacamole instead of avocado slices and also had corn as a topping. We passed different hot sauces at the table. The rice was flavorful and is a definite keeper. I used plain white rice because it was what I had on hand. I will try it with jasmine or basmati next time. Thanks for a fun and yummy recipe!!! #AKDinnerParty
I’m SO happy you all loved it, Jean! Such a fun dinner party recipe 🙂 Guacamole + corn + hot sauces are all amazing toppings! Thanks so much for leaving a review.
AK’s Damn Good Salmon Taco Bowls are one of my husband and my favorite recipes, so when I saw it was picked for the #AKDinnerParty and they’re donating to a reproductive rights charity this month, I was extra pumped. We make this recipe at least once a month already because it’s that damn good. I think it’s better than any salmon dish I’ve had at a restaurant. We made it again tonight, and it was as delicious as ever. Pro tip: double or triple the salmon seasoning recipe and store it so you don’t have to mix all the spices each time. Helps on a busy weeknight. Thank you AK! #AKDinnerParty
So glad you both already loved this one, Amy!! We’re so happy to be donating to the National Abortion Federation this month ❤️ And love that tip about doubling the seasoning; I bet it would be amazing on lots of things!
Five stars. My boyfriend and I made this tonight and loved it. We had enough for three servings and will most likely fight over who gets the leftover serving tomorrow ;). We topped with a mango habanero salsa that really sealed the deal here. Will definitely make again! #AKDinnerParty
YAY I’m so glad to hear that, Jenny!! And that salsa sounds incredible 😍
Used this recipe for a delicious “Taco Tuesday” salmon bowl inspiration. Made the salmon as directed, but served over cauliflower rice and crunchy romaine with pickled red onions and jalapeño. 10/10! All the textures and flavors represented. Thanks for the great idea. Looking forward to June’s recipe!
Sounds INCREDIBLE! Ahh those pickled toppings are my fav 😍 Thanks for coming to the party!
Going to make this recipe tomorrow evening 🙂
Can’t wait for you to try it!
Yessss this recipe was magic. I don’t have a grill, so I did the roasted veggie option and it was amazing. Easy, healthy, and the leftovers are just as good!
#AKDinnerParty
Nice!! So happy to hear you loved it 🥰
Loved it!! Grilled my veggies on a stove top grill pan. I added chicken breast and 1/2 can of chickpeas. Delicious with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Will definitely make this again! #AKDinnerParty
I saw your photo in the FB group! It looked AMAZING. Thanks so much for commenting, too!
So delicious l made this for Father’s day love the combination of flavors.
Thanks, Kristin! I’m so happy it turned out amazing 🙂
This recipe was delicious! My goat cheese went bad so I subbed parm-reggiano at the end, and it will still wonderful. I added garbanzo beans for some protein, and cooked the veggies in the oven at 400. I will definately make this again-next time with all of the proper ingredients. It tasted even better reheated the next day.
We got a bunch of zucchini and basil in our CSA box and I knew immediately I wanted to try this recipe. It was fantastic! We added grilled shrimp on top and it truly tasted like summer in a bowl. #AKDinnerParty
These tacos were simple to make and everyone loved them! The spice level was perfect!
#AKDinnerparty
I’m so glad you tried them and that everyone loved them! Thanks so much, Tracy 🙂
These tacos were delicious- I loved how fresh, vibrant, and color coordinated everything was. 💚💛 #AKDinnerParty
Loved these tacos! Made a substitution for the peppers, instead of the Jalapeño I used Fresno 🌶 (which we typically don’t have very often here in AK). This added a pinkish hew to the cashew sauce (also 💣.com- will be using this on a variety of things!)
#AkDinnerParty
The link to post a photo for the tacos connects to the spicy chicken meatballs bowls recipe, not the taco recipe.
Good catch! That was one of our older dinner party recipes. Thanks! We’ll fix that 🙂
We made the chicken street tacos for dinner tonight and they were so good! We will be saving this recipe.
Sorry forgot to add the hashtag #AKDinnerParty
So delish thank you for sharing your passion for cooking.
I loved this recipe and didn’t change anything. The jalapeño cashew lime cream has the perfect balance of creamy, acid, heat and citrus. My favorite part of the recipe was the grilled corn. The chili powder and cumin held on with olive oil added just enough spice to the sweetness of the corn. I will definitely make this again. Thanks, Monique
Oops I also forgot #AKDinnerParty
Can’t wait to make this months AKDInnerParty recipe!!! Looks amazing 🤩
Quick question … is the dinner party limited to US residents only or open to Canada as well? Thank you!
Yes, the giveaway is open to U.S. + Canadian residents! Thanks for checking — we’ll add that to the post 🙂
Awesome! Thanks so much 😉
I’ve made these 2x in the past 10 days. EVERYTHING about them is so good. And the SAUCE!! Major heart eyes.
I still can’t get over that sauce haha 😍 SO happy you’re loving them!!
SO AMAZING, like always my husband and I love your recipes! This one definitely didn’t let us down, a perfect dinner for HOT summer night!
(We don’t love cilantro, so switched with parsley!!)
Aw thank you! I’m SO happy you tried them. Parsley was a great call 🙂
Amazing! Loved the chicken, and so did our 9 month old. I’m a little more slice adverse so halved the jalapeño 🙂
Aw so glad to hear that! And totally fine to reduce the heat level 🙂
5 stars! #AKDinnerParty
Best taco tuesday dinner!!
The cashew jalepeno sauce elevates the chicken. Love the textures of the corn salsa!
Ahhh so happy you loved them, Annette! Woohoo!
Oh WOW! Another winner for our weekly rotation! Thank you:) #AKDinnerParty
🥳 Woooot!! So glad you loved them!
I made these and they were so so good! My husband even said the recipe was a keeper and rarely says things like that! #AKDinnerParty
Love it!!
Made this recipe as written for my meal prep this week–will make it again. The chicken seasoning is a game changer! Easy to make recipe–broiled the corn and panned the chicken thighs using my cast iron as I prepared the sauce and salsa.
SO YUMMY!!! I’m kind of obsessed with zucchini boats for dinner, and this is such a delicious take on them! Love the unique pesto and cant go wrong with cheesiness. And so easy!! Must make!
oopsies forgot #AKDinnerParty 🙂
Woohoooo! Thanks for coming to the party! I’m so happy you loved them 🙂
#AKDinnerParty
WOW! I am a huge pesto lover (so I may be biased) but these were so incredibly good. I’m always looking for ways to use rotisserie chicken because it’s so affordable and delicious! I will definitely be making this again!
Ahh I’m so glad to hear that, Lexi! Thank you! Can’t wait for you to make it again 🙂
This is Delicious!! I used Ground Chicken & Basil instead of Cilantro. I made the homemade Pesto which was easy & so good! I grilled the zucchini ,filled & put back on grill until heated & cheese melted (as per recipe) It came out so good! I had a couple left over & had the next night & it tasted even better!
The lightest yet filling summer dish for a toasty evening! I just swapped the cilantro with basil because I had so much in my garden and needed to use it up! Literally summer on a plate. #AKdinnerparty
Yay! That sounds so delish with the fresh basil 🙂 Glad you loved it!
Quick, weeknight all in one dish. I used the pesto from Costco and it was delicious, although not as healthy as the original recipe.
Everyone loved it #AKDinnerParty
Amazing!! I’m so happy everyone loved it. Thanks for coming to the party!
Love, love this recipe!! I have been making this for my family for months! Since they like crispy green beans I add them later in the cooking process but we love it both ways. One pot dinners on busy nights are the best and make extra because leftovers heat up great.
Love it! It’s a staple in our house, too 🙂
9/10 this one is so good! I should have waited until it cooled to try it. Burned my mouth! Even through the scorched tastebuds I could tell the flavor of this dish is awesome! #AKDinnerParty
Haha oh no!! Hope your mouth is feeling better now! Glad you loved it 🙂
This was delicious and easy to make! I used extra bell pepper instead of green beans and regular onion instead of green – Simply to use up what I had on hand. Perfectly filling and loaded with flavor! Definitely 5 stars 🤩
#AKdinnerparty
Nice! So many veggies work well in here 🙂 Happy you loved it!
#AKdinnerparty Loved this recipe so much! Just delish. And it really Is a one pot meal- while cooking chicken , chopped the veggies, then combine. Done! My kitchen was clean by the time dinner was done! I wasn’t able to rate this for some reason but 5 stars!
#AKDinnerParty Delicious! It makes my whole house smell wonderful. I think next time I’ll go for fatter green beans, the tiny ones at the grocery store got a little bit squeaky.
#AKDinnerParty Delicious! It made the whole house smell great. Next time I’ll try to get fatter green beans, the skinny ones I got from the by-weight section of the grocery store became a little squeaky.
Glad you tried + loved it, Laurelin!! And good to know about those skinny green beans 🙂
Our whole family loves this recipe, we have four kids (16,13,9 & 6) and this meal is awesome for a one pan dinner that everyone enjoys, simple, delicious, great nutrition – perfect for busy fall nights after school and soccer. Thanks for another fabulous dinner!
SO thrilled to hear you guys are fans! Thank you for the comment!
This is super yum! Even my 4 year old enjoyed it. Next time I’m going to double the recipe for more leftovers because it was gone. 😂#akdinnerparty
Amazing!! SO happy the whole fam loved it 🙂
So so good! My entire family devoured it!! I made it exactly as written. This is going into regular rotation! #akdinnerparty
SO happy to hear that! Thank you for commenting!
#AKDinnerParty . Made this tonight and it was fantastic! Very easy to put together. Only adjustment I would make is more salt and possibly a second lime (or add it as garnish)! Will definitely make it again. Love one pan meals.
So happy you tried and loved it, Debbie! Thanks for coming to the party!
5 stars, 10 outta 10, best enchiladas ever! Makes such a great dinner and you have leftovers for days!
#AKDINNERPARTY
YAY!! I’m so thrilled to hear you loved this one, Aubrey. Thank you!
Not my first time making these enchiladas and it won’t be my last. Such a great recipe, we love Mexican food and love the twist on a classic. Left out the chicken and added some shredded zucchini instead.
#AKDinnerParty
I’m SO glad to hear that, Lori. Shredded zucchini’s such a great vegetarian sub — I need to try that!
#AKdinnerparty
This recipe is so delicious! An easy one to make and great for leftovers! Will make again!! We used plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream
So delicious and cozy- perfect for fall! My two-year old also loved it, she kept saying “it’s good!” (we did use half the cayenne for her!)
#AKDinnerParty
Ahh this is amazing! SO glad you and the fam loved this recipe, Meaghan 🙂
My husband and I devoured this dish! Used russet potatoes instead of gold potatoes since that is what we had on hand and skim milk. Will definitely make again for the upcoming holidays! #AKDinnerParty
Yay! I am so glad to hear that you and your husband loved this recipe, Danielle.
Holy moly this is GOOD! I wasn’t able to wait until Thanksgiving to give it a try. It was a hit amongst my husband, our friends, and the toddlers. I used all purpose GF flour and you’d never be able to tell the difference. Definitely going to be making this again!
I made this for my Thanksgiving dinner with my in laws and it’s absolutely delicious!!! Huge hit. All the kids and adults loved it. 🙌🏼
Ah yay! This is amazing! I am so glad that you all loved this recipe and it turned out great 🙂❤️
Yummy recipe and easy peasy!!
I made these cookies for a friendsmas with my high school friends and significant others. I wanted to make them gluten free for a friend who has celiac, so I used almond flour. I’ve never used almond flour before, so I think I may have gone wrong somewhere… they turned out flat/bubbly but still chewy. The flavor was delicious (yes I still brought them to the party lol), so I’ll glad they didn’t go to waste. Has anyone had this happen to them before? I want to make them again for sure. If they’re that good with a mess up, you know they’re amazing!
This was probably one of the best cookies I’ve ever made. The texture turned out superb as it was soft yet a little chewy on the inside. It was full of flavors and the touch of cream in between made these cream pies irresistible! My husband loved them so much he ate most of them. This is definitely a keeper recipe that I’ll probably make at least one other time this holiday season,
Perfect! SO glad you are loving this recipe ❤️🙂
The gingerbread oatmeal cream pie cookies in the #AKCookieParty are AMAZING! I had lots of help in the kitchen and ended up making some unplanned adjustments and they’re still delicious. The dough chilled overnight (oops!) and we baked the next day. So much easier with nice, cool dough! I also ran out of powdered sugar and didn’t make it to the store for 3 days so these little gems sat in a sealed container patiently waiting.
I have kids who typically don’t like anything with ginger, but loved the addition to the classic oatmeal cream pie here. Soft cookies and delicious filling. I need to make another batch to share with family over Christmas!
I veganized this recipe using Earth Balance plant butter, flax egg, and oat milk. I made the cookies a wee bit smaller, so I was able to get 16 sandwiches (32 cookies) out of the batter. The cookies turned out beautifully — both vegan and nòn-vegan friends raved about them. I personally prefer less sweet desserts, so I probably will try to ŕeduce the sugars in both cookies and frosting a smidge next time. Excellent recipe, easy to follow directions, with a tasty and adorable result — a real winner!
I made this last night and it was so good. Super easy to make on a weeknight. Will be in rotation during these cold months.
Yum! So happy you’re a fan ❤️🙂
Super yummy- I was lazy and didn’t blend it-5 stars!
My husband and I LOVED this soup recipe! It was easy to prepare, even prepping the fresh butternut squash when following the AK instructions provided on the website. Also, we live at high altitude, and I would need to add about 10 minutes more cooking time for the lentils to soften, but the squash was cooked perfectly.
Yum! I am so glad that you are loving this recipe, Tricia ❤️🙂
Four hearts!! My husband and I will keep this in our “monthly” rotation for weekend lunches! Five hearts are reserved for our “weekly” rotations. Rotations are updated seasonally.
I have made this recipe twice this month…. SO Good!!! #AKRecipeoftheMonth.
I make these brownies all the time! They are my go-to. Super pumped that they are being highlighted.

I made this tonight with 2 tablespoons of almond flour and it turned out so freaking good. Crazy that brownies without butter can be so tasty. #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Just made these! Used the flax egg like you said in the adjustments and they came out delicious. Fave #akrecipeofthemonth ever
These were the most amazing fudgey brownies ever! I made them with my 4 and 6 year old niece/nephew and they devoured them! I used coconut sugar and followed the recipe exactly as written and they were the perfect. Loved that the ingredients were simple and healthy. 5 stars!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
These brownies are 10/10! I am recently dairy free so was excited to find this recipe! I used regular flour instead of coconut flour and they turned out just fine! Loved the tip to not over bake…gooey and delicious!
Bonjour du Québec au Canada, merci pour ces recettes qui se démarquent par les ingrédients et pour son résultat original. Merci à aussi pour toutes ces heures passées à expérimenter pour nous offrir le meilleur de l’expérience culinaire. Absolutely delicious!! The perfect level of sweetness.
First time making these, they are so good!!!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
So so yummy. My family loved them and commented they were the best brownies I have made yet!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
This was great! Ate over cauliflower rice and added snap peas. My kids did not care for it, but that’s ok.
Aw yay! I am glad you are loving this recipe, Christine ❤️
The AK Recipe of the Month for March looks delicious and easy to make! I appreciate the different ways to customize the meatballs to fit my preferences. The chance to win a gift card and the mention of a charity of the month are nice touches. However, I wish the post had included more information about the charity and its mission.
This is truly one of my favorite dinner recipes so I was so glad to see it as the recipe of the month, not that I needed an excuse to make it again though. I bake the meatballs in the over while making the sauce as I find that just works better for me and it comes out just as yummy. #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Yay! sounds delicious!
Great flavor. Served over a combo of brown rice and white quinoa.
Left out the jalapeno.
Added carrots, red bell and sugar peas.
Topped with roasted peanuts.
Wouldn’t change a thing.
Excellent! SO glad you loved this recipe and it turned out great 🙂
This was amazing! Made for a meal prep and served over cauliflower rice! Definitely on the menu again!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
YAY! I am excited to hear that you are loving this recipe ❤️
Made this today with chia seeds & used frozen blueberries. Came out awesome! Can’t wait to bring it to my sister ❤️. I usually make her your brown butter pear oatmeal but thought this one sounds amazing! Thanks for all your great recipes 😊
Made into muffins and they are oh so tasty! #AKrecipeofthemonth
#akrecipeofthemonth
The lemon poppy seed blueberry oatmeal was so easy to make and delicious !
LOVE THIS RECIPE! Perfect taste for the springtime. Easy to make and has the best flavor. #AKRecipeoftheMonth
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
My family loved it!! Asked to make it again. It was great for my middle schooler to grab on her way out!
Woohoo!!! This is on my all time Top 5 AK recipe list – and, I have been a fan since the HGC, pre-wedding, before 3 cute boys, all of it! I have made so many AK recipes, and I am not embarrassed to admit I have made this Italian Brussels Sprouts salad just for me and devoured it all by myself several times! So good!
Ah hi!! I am so excited that you are here and loving my recipes! This one is totally a keeper, can’t go wrong with it ❤️
I meal prepped this recipe for my mother and myself this week and it is so delicious and filling! I followed the recipe (minus the onions) and love that it is low carb since I have type 1 diabetes and she was recently diagnosed with type 2. We have both been struggling with eating on the medications and really enjoyed this salad!
#AKrecipeofthemonth
I am so glad to hear that you and your mom are loving this recipe and it turned out great for you 🙂
I made this recipe for my mom for Mother’s Day and it was a big hit. Everyone loved it, it was so tasty. I will definitely be making this salad again. I rate it a 10. #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Ah yay! So glad to hear this recipe is a hit and everyone loved it 🙂
I made this for our Mother’s Day BBQ and it was a HUGE hit! The flavors are awesome.
YAY! So excited to hear you’re loving this recipe 🙂
Yum! Perfect for a side dish for Memorial Day weekend. I didn’t do the olives bc I’m not a fan and used 1/4 of red onion instead of 1/2. Turned out really good 🙂 #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Love this recipe! Made it yesterday for #AKrecipeofthemonth (probably my 5th time since April…)
I’m making this literally right now and we are drooling already!! Yum!!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Ah yay! I hope it turns out great!
#akrecipieofthemonth
This cake is delicious! I used my vitamix to make oat flour for the first time (so easy) and had vanilla yogurt on hand instead of strawberry. I also omitted the almond extract since my family doesn’t enjoy it. The texture of the cake is a little grainy due to the almond flour, but the flavor (the glaze especially) is outstanding!! Can’t wait to eat it for breakfast with my coffee! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
YUM! So glad this recipe turned out great for you and you are all loving it 🍓❤️
This recipe was easy and delicious! Made a makeshift bread pan and it worked out wonderfully. My glaze was a bit off so I’ve got room for improvement! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
YUM! So glad this recipe turned out great for you 🍓😍
Loved this Strawberry Bread! Made mine with dairy free Strawberry yogurt!! 😋 Yummy
Loved this Strawberry Bread! Made mine with dairy free Strawberry yogurt!! 😋 Yummy #akrecipeofthemonth
LOVE this so much, glad it turned out great for you, Renee!
This strawberry shortcake bread was really easy to make and delicious! Mine took longer than 35 minutes to cook- the middle was still underdone when I checked it at 35 minutes.
Hi Paula – I am so glad you enjoyed this recipe and it turned out great for you. So sorry to hear it took a bit longer to bake, not sure what might have caused that.
Loved this recipe so much!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Yay!! So happy you did!
Hello!
This is the first time I’ve made one of your recipes and I’m hooked. These were so so good. I even made my own oat flour. 😂. I will be making these again for sure.
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Hi Kendall – I am SO glad you found this recipe, they are seriously the best! 🙂
#AKRecipeoftheMonth 10/10. My coworkers loved them. Also used Trader Joe’s coffee buzz chocolate bar chopped into pieces because I was out of chocolate chips. SO good!
Love this recipe so much. So flavorful and light. My whole family loved them
Yay! I am so glad these are a hit for everyone, Deb!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Made the zucchini muffins. I really like them. They are nice and moist.
YUM! So glad you are loving these muffins, Janet 🙂
#AKRecipeofMonth Zucchini muffins. Excellent super moist muffins.
YUM! So glad you’re loving these muffins 🙂
We loved it! I made some without the chocolate chips and they were not as flavorful (also a good way to slow my husbands snacking down😏) but we both loved the recipe! Even with my substitution of yellow crooked neck squash instead of zucchini…….apparently I was not as successful with growing zucchini this year as yellow squash 🤷🏼♀️
#AKrecipeofthemonth
YUM! I am so glad you are both loving these muffins and they turned out great for you with the yellow squash! Thanks for sharing ❤️
Your recipes look absolutely wonderful, and I’m impressed with your list of charities! This is the first time I’ve seen your site, and I’ll be trying lots of these tasty looking dishes! Thanks so much for sharing them!!
Of course! I am so glad you found my website – I hope you love my recipes and I can’t wait to hear what you make first!
This was a big hit!! I used gochujang and gochugoro(Korean chili paste and pepper flakes) and it was amazing!!!! Will be adding it to my cooking rotation!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Excellent! SO glad you’re loving this recipe and it’s a hit!
I can’t even express how happy I am to have found your website. I am blown away by how flavorful your recipes are while still being healthy and easy to make! I started with your Italian Brussel Sprouts salad which is now a regular rotation for me. Then I went to a Curry Turkey burger recipe of yours that was amazing. Yesterday I made your Creamy Thai Peanut Chicken Couscous and even the double batch I made was devoured in a day. Every time I make something new that sounds good, my family now says, “ooo, is this another recipe from that one lady online?” And they all get excited because they know it will be good. TY so much!!!

OH MY GOSH! This means so much to me, Karen. Thank you for being here and loving my recipes, it seriously means so much to me ❤️
This was so yummy! I loved how it was all done in one pan and the couscous cooks so fast. I think I may have had the heat a tad too high bc my couscous was done in way less than 15 minutes so next time I will try it on low. But I loved it and the additional toppings!
Yay! I am so glad you gave this recipe a try and are loving it, Ashley! Thank you for your comment, I really appreciate it!
Absolutely delicious! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Yay – glad you’re loving this recipe!
I LOVE these cookies! I made them last night and there was only one left this morning but now that one is gone too Ha Ha! The brown butter and the pumpkin complement each other so well. I added a bit more cinnamon because I love the flavor. Overall 10/10 recipe and cannot wait to make again! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Amazing! I am so happy to hear you are loving these cookies and they turned out amazing for you, Olivia 🧡🎃
We just made these for Canadian Thanksgiving. Very tasty. Good texture and made our house smell like fall! 10/10
Perfect! I am so glad these were a hit, Lindsey!
Just made these for my family and they are amazing. They don’t have a strong pumpkin flavor which I love since I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin. Overall delicious. Will be adding these to our fall favorites!!
Perfect! I am so glad you’re loving this recipe and it turned out amazing for you!
So delicious I ate them all! And I’m proud of it because they were awesome 😎. Perfect pumpkin flavor. Crispy outside and chewy inside. You will get a slightly difference in rise with your pan color, but still amazing! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Woo! This is seriously the best, Ashley. SO glad you gave these a try and are loving the,. Thanks so much for your comment 🧡
#AKrecipeofthemonth
Brown Butter Pumpkin Snickerdoodles- this recipe is the best cookie. The texture is moist and chewy with just a little crunch on the outside, and the brown butter adds a layer of flavor I never knew was possible. I made a double batch so I had enough to take to work. Both family and coworkers raved over these cookies. I will definitely be making these again.
Perfection! This means so much to me – I am so glad you gave this recipe a try and it turned out fabulous for you, Tracy 🧡
This was great! Did not even try it out first just made it for Thanksgiving and was a big hit. One scoop left and my husband is happy since he’s a vegetarian and plans to finish tonight.#AKRECIPEOFTHE MONTH
This makes me so happy! Glad this one was a hit 🙂
These cinnamon rolls are TOO good! For years I tried other well-rated recipes, but I started making these every Christmas because they’re so soft and delicious. Make these!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Love it! Glad these are a favorite!
10/10! Had so much fun making these and they were SO yummy! Absolutely will make again and can’t wait to share this recipe with friends and family this Holiday season! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
The perfect holiday recipe! Happy you loved them!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
I have not made these yet, but every Ambitious Kitchen recipe I’ve tried so far has been a winner. I’m going to make these on Christmas morning and will absolutely report back on how they turn out. Hoping that this will become my go-to recipe for cinnamon rolls.
Perfect! I hope you love them!
Best homemade cinnamon rolls in the world. Perfectly fluffy and gooey. Our new family birthday breakfast tradition!!!
So glad you love them Maggie! Best recipe for celebrating 🙂
This was delicious!! I’m a pretty confident baker, but have been intimidated by cinnamon rolls for some reason, and this was such a user friendly recipe. I definitely need to rub the sugar and spice mixture into the butter more – a lesson for next time, and best believe I will be making these again because they rocked! I also added in some ginger, cloves, and nutmeg to the sugar/spice mixture to give them even more pizazz, and it was delish.
Foolproof cinnamon rolls! Soo delicious!
So glad you love them!
This one is SO good! This is also what I’m giving out to my neighbors for Christmas…if my kids and husband don’t get to them first! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
These are a must make! 12/10! We have made them for our two daughter’s birthdays since they’ve turned one. They always ask for more! They always turn out so great! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Where are the measurements??!
Hi! Please head to the recipe post here.
#AKRecipeoftheMonth- these buns were delicious! I just ate one! OMG! Finally an easy recipe to follow and it tastes amazing! I even took a pic but don’t think I can upload it here.
So glad you found this one! Feel free to share a photo in our Facebook Group 🙂
Made these for the first time in a while and they are just as good as I remembered! Our house is a little dry in winter so I had to add an extra splash of milk. I made the frosting with low fat cream cheese and it was still delicious! Thanks!
Perfect! Glad you love them!
Made these cinnamon rolls for Christmas today and—the family devoured them so fast!
So happy to hear that!
Oh. My. Goodness!!! Made these yesterday for Christmas Day because I thought it’d be exciting to start a new tradition with our daughters (our oldest is 2 yo + our newest is 2 months old). Safe to say, this if by far my favorite recipe of all time. I was literally dancing making these cinnamon rolls. The instructions are very well laid out. I followed each step exactly as written. What a satisfying and fun way to spend the day! They came out SPECTACULAR! Crispy edges with a soft middle. And the cream cheese icing is unreal. I felt like a real baker when kneading the dough in my mixer. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with the world, Monique!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Aw I love that so much!! Glad they were a hit 🙂
I have so much fun participating in your recipes of the month and even the week long events you have. Added bonus, all of them taste so stinkin good! These cinnamon rolls are always hit around my house. Thank you for creating recipes and sharing them.
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
So happy to hear that, Denise! Plenty more to come in 2024 🙂
I love these rolls! Easy and yummy, i make them every year for Christmas and they are better then cinnabon!
Love that!!
Made the night before for Christmas morning and they were such a hit! Easy to follow and so so good!
Amazing! Glad everyone loved them!
This was a great meat chili alternative. I am not sure if you used hot paprika or sweet paprika so I split the difference. It has a great flavor and the sweet potatoes add a nice touch! I made this for a work chili cook off! Thanks for the awesome recipe! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Both are delicious in here! Glad you enjoyed!
AKRecipeoftheMonth vegetarian chili
Prefect dinner for football sunday.
Absolutely!
No vegan so we added parmesan and sour cream. This option creates much needed variety during winter months. Thank you for helping us think outside the box.

Perfect! So glad you enjoyed 🙂
This looks delicious!!!!
This recipe was great! The only changes I made were to just make medium sized meatballs and used orzo instead of couscous. Would definitely rate this 5 stars and recommend if you are looking for a cozy, filling soup!
Perfect! So glad you loved it!
Such a yummy soup! I loved the meatballs and I used cous cous for the grain. I made it for a Valentine’s Day dinner and it was perfect with crusty bread on the side.
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
So glad you loved it!
Loved this recipe. We made a small batch diary free for our little guys and they loved it too. Next time I would probably do the grain/noodles separately then and so they don’t soak up as much broth. Will definitely make again.
Recipe was a hit. We did a separate batch diary free for our little guys and they loved it. Next time I would probably cook the noodles/grain separately so they don’t soak up so much of the brith. Will definitely ask this again!
Perfect! Glad it was a hit!
5/5 stars, well balanced and easy to make ahead and hone left overs. #AKRecipeoftheMonth
This soup was so comforting and delicious, and easy to make too! We froze some extra meatballs to make it again soon. We subbed in the jovial brown rice pastina to make it gluten free and it worked perfect!

This soup was such a hit in my house. My son was sick last week and I made it and he LOVED it! It was even better the next day. Definitely making it again and again! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
So glad this did the trick!
So damn good! Kind of meditative rolling those little meatballs and made a ton! I felt much more than 4 which was great. Leftovers were awesome. I also used orzo and it was wonderful!
There’s something so satisfying about rolling them! Glad you loved this one 🙂
This turned out delicious! I used ditalini pasta, and it was perfect. Also, it had just the right amount of spice from the red pepper flakes. For the past few months, I’ve been making your minestrone and delivering some to my dad, who can’t get enough. I’m excited to add this recipe to the soup rotation, and I’m sure he will love this one, too! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Love it! So glad you loved this one (and hope your dad does, too!)
My dad loved It! He took one bite and said, “Oh, this is amazing!” I can’t wait to try it with the couscous next. Thank you again for sharing the recipe.
So happy to hear that!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth Italian Wedding soup is a prefect weeknight meal.
Absolutely!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
This soup is delish! I made it for my Italian parents and they said it tasted exactly how they remembered it! (My daughter loved the meatballs so much, I made them again and served with pasta and sauce!)
Amazing! So happy to hear that!
Delicious! We have some vegetarian folks in our home so I used vegetable broth and served the meatballs on the side ( baked them in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees) …very adaptable recipe… thanks!
Perfect! Glad it was a hit!
10/10 This recipe was easy to make and just so warm and comforting for the cold midwest winter (although we are currently having a “heatwave” in Chi ;)) I’ve been having it for lunch all week. i love everything spicy so i added a little bit of trader joe’s bamba sauce and a squirt of lemon, so good! thank you for the recipe! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
So good! Yes, despite the 60 degrees here haha. Love the extra spice!
#AKRecipeoftheMonth
Made the carrot cake banana bread! Didn’t frost it yet because I may freeze it! Doubled the recipe and did muffins and a loaf of bread! So good!!
Amazing! Glad you loved it!
As soon as I saw this recipe drop, I knew I needed to make it! Who doesn’t love carrot cake? I’ve made a few of your cakes and breads and they all turn out incredible, so I knew this one would be no different. I made it vegan, as we were having guests for coffee who eat only plant-based. Followed the recipe exactly, but to make it vegan, I used Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer, vegan cream cheese, and vegan butter. I also added about 1/4 c. drained, crushed pineapple, as suggested in your recipe. I didn’t have raisins, so left those out. Perfect bread – not too sweet and the frosting is to die for! Will be making this again soon, and may try a gluten-free version for a family member, using your suggestions in the recipe. Also, I love that this recipe had weights as an option for measuring, as I really love baking with my scale for precise measurements. I ordered your cookbook a couple of weeks ago and can’t wait to get that – I think you mentioned on Instagram that you have weights in that, too! Thanks for another great recipe! Love making the #AKRecipeoftheMonth whenever I can!
Amazing! I’m so glad the vegan version turned out beautifully. Yes, the cookbook has weights in it, too — thanks so much for preordering!
Just made this recipe and I love how healthy all the ingredients are!
So good! Glad you enjoyed 🙂
YUM ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #AKRecipeoftheMonth
So glad you enjoyed!
This was very yummy! I made the recipe into muffins and they took about 18 minutes in the oven to finish, but I left everything else the same. They’re healthy without tasting too healthy, they’re the perfect amount of sweetness. I’ll make these again! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Perfect! Glad you enjoyed!
I made this exactly as written and it was a huge hit in my house! The cashews are a must. My family ate it with rice and I used cauliflower rice for myself. Thank you for this wonderful recipe; the sauce was perfect, sweet and spicy.
So happy to hear that!
New tonall this!
Welcome!
Made this for dinner last night. My entire family loved it, especially my 17 yr old son who loves spicy food!
My 11 yr old daughter sipped milk through the whole meal and loved every bite.
Thanks!
Amazing! So glad it was a hit!
Made this recipe tonight and it was such a hit! Even the boyfriend loved it which says something because it was a lot of veggies lol. I used cut chicken breast and cauliflower rice. Will definitely be making this again!!
So happy to hear that! Perfect dinner 🙂
This recipe turned out delicious!! I added some shredded chicken and spring greens and it was the perfect summer salad. Super easy to make too. #AKRecipeoftheMonth
Can I post a review in more than one place or would that disqualify me?
Yes, you can! We will not disqualify you 🙂
The brownies were amazing! #AKRecipeoftheMonth
This recipes looks yum! I usually check comments before making an online recipe, just to get info and/or recipe change ideas. I don’t find related comments here, though. Looks like the comments attached to this brownie recipe are for an Asian noodle dish!
Hi! We update this specific post each month to show the current Recipe of the Month 🙂 You can find comments for the correct month’s recipe on that specific recipe (here!)
