Made this tonight!! So incredibly tasty! I think be t time I’d do half a jalapeño instead of a whole was a bit spicy for my taste but came out amazing!!

The marinade for the salmon is phenom, that portion of the recipe is 6/5 stars. I struggled with the salsa though – would advise not to use overly-ripe peaches and/or avocado. I had both on hand, and the salsa ended up more mushy and like a peach-forward guacamole. Flavors were pretty good, and I think with a better peach would have been even better.
