Delicious and easy to make! While I prefer a fudgier texture, that’s just my personal taste. Next time, I’ll skip squeezing out the zucchini to see if it helps. Made these for #AKRecipeoftheMonth and they were so rich and fudgy. DO NOT skip the drizzle and sea salt! Both things add so much to these brownies! I made the recipe exactly as written, and 35 mins was the perfect baking time.

Merciful heavens, these are AMAZING!!! Fudgy and decadent – and yet, basically a pan full of vegetables!! (Or so I told myself after eating nearly half the dish as soon as it cooled.) I’d never heard of or used tahini before but these brownies are some of the best I’ve ever had.
