This turned out great! I left the freeze dried strawberries out of the icing and it was still delicious. I froze some for later and it thaws and reheats well.

This recipe is amazing! I used coconut milk and frozen strawberries because thats what I had. The almond extract and brown butter add such nice flavors.

This oatmeal bake was so delicious! I have made the triple berries and cream oatmeal so many times but this one might be my new favorite. I am thinking it’s that unbelievable strawberry glaze, don’t skip out! If you bake it at 35-40 mins that was the sweet spot for me, and if you notice some liquid/bubbles (it’s not undercooked!) just watch the golden edges like the recipe says.

This recipe is great for meal prep! I made muffins and baked at 400 for 25 minutes. I think pulsing the oats gives the bake a better texture. It works great with whole milk too (that’s all I had) and I left out the almond extract because I didn’t have any! I made a half batch and was able to fill 5 muffin cups to the brim!

As soon as I saw this recipe, I knew I had to make it. I did half strawberry and half raspberry because it’s what I had in my refrigerator. I ate it plain without a topping and it was great. Super easy to put together and the brown butter really elevates the oatmeal. Yum, yum, yum! Thank you and I look forward to making this again.

This looks absolutely insanely delicious, and I can’t wait to make it! Just wondering, if I wanted to add some protein powder to this to bump up the protein content a bit, would that work? How much would you add? Thank you so much!
