These were so yummy! I didn’t add the mozzarella and used a homemade pesto I already had on hand. Toddler thought they were good too!

After making and tasting the pesto, I wanted to stop there and just eat that for dinner with a spoon. So unbelievably delicious. I’m glad I continued on though and made the whole dish, delicious flavor and healthy! Baked and shredded the chicken according the suggestion in the link provided. Thank you!!
