Thanks for another fab recipe I’ve added to my rotation!! Made this salad (with your amazing Caesar dressing) along with gluten free lasagna and breadsticks for my fam Christmas Eve meal and it was a hit. I used the suggested Biena ranch roasted chickpeas and altogether it was so delicious and easy to put together!

Made this salad for a family get together. So delicious. Had the avocado on the said for those that like it to add to their salad. Had croutons and chickpeas on the side for people to choose what they want. Used gluten free noodles! Everyone in the family loved it!
